The biggest asset of most companies is its people. We cherish that believe and therefore wish to partner with likeminded companies. Empowering staff, offering growth opportunities and potential equity stakes in the company are some of our ways to reward and appreciate our staff.

We are a private investor group and not a private equity fund. This allows us to make decisions quickly, shorten due diligence timelines and close much faster than traditional private equity firms.

We approach each deal with a win-win perspective. Both buyer and seller should have a clear benefit from the transaction, otherwise it’s not a good deal. So, let’s work together to see how we can both accomplish our goals.
THESE ARE THE COMPANIES WE LIKE:
- Company size: Between $2M to $20M in revenue and $500K to $2M in EBITDA
- Location: We are based in Vancouver and prefer businesses in Western Canada.
- Industry: We are industry agnostic but focus around construction, services, distribution, manufacturing and technology.
- Existing management: We prefer established businesses that have existing management in place.
- Structure: We focus on control investments and typically do not invest in startups or minority equity deals.
- Recurring Revenue Component: We prefer deals that have some form of recurring, predictable, or contractual revenue.
- Founder or Family Run: Our approach typically works best with a founder or family run company that is looking for long term continuity for their business and employees.
